idn89 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the idn89 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. idn89 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds withheld pending investigation.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. idn89 does not warrant that its services are legal in your jurisdiction; responsibility for compliance with local law rests solely with you.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by idn89 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of idn89, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• idn89 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if, in its sole determination, a Member does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this clause.

Each Member may hold one (1) account only on the idn89 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether by the same individual or by related parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a working Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.
• Registration information must be truthful and match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. idn89 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify idn89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• idn89 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

idn89 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions on the platform are conducted at face value in IDR with no currency conversion fees applied by idn89. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to a Member's wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by channel but are typically immediate for e-wallet transfers and under 10 minutes for bank transfers during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative is approved by the idn89 payments team following KYC verification. idn89 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet channels and under 30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the availability of the receiving institution.

• A Member's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the Member's own legal name, as verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• idn89 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request that triggers its anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring system, regardless of the Member's existing KYC status.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.

idn89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and BRI Liga 1 matchdays — are set out on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion page expressly states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any time. A Member must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonuses are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared with any other Member.
• idn89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a Member's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any Member found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will have all associated bonus balances forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.

By placing any wager on the idn89 platform, whether on sporting events (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP Mandalika, or E-sports such as Mobile Legends MPL), live casino tables, slots, or specialty games, you agree to be bound by the game-specific rules published within each product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. idn89 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• idn89 reserves the right to void any bet affected by a system error, data feed malfunction, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• Odds, lines, and game outcomes are determined in real time. idn89 accepts no liability for any discrepancy between displayed odds and the odds at the time a bet is processed where such discrepancy arises from network latency outside idn89's control.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. idn89's gaming content is supplied by Tier-1 studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, all of which operate under independent testing-laboratory certification.
• Any attempt to use automated betting software (bots), exploit RNG patterns, engage in match-fixing, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

idn89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. The following tools are available to all Members from within the account settings panel and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps on your account. Limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period; decreases are effective immediately.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a chosen period. Once your loss limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During a cooling-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from idn89 indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected].

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, graphics, icons, text, and other material forming part of the idn89 platform (collectively, the "idn89 Content") are the exclusive property of idn89 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the idn89 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any idn89 Content without the prior written consent of idn89.
• Creating derivative works, reverse-engineering the platform, or using idn89 Content for any commercial purpose without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idn89 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in connection with the platform and its services.

• idn89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• idn89 shall not be liable for service interruptions, connectivity failures, or system downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• In any event, idn89's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits idn89's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by idn89's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

idn89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, game errors, or bonus terms in bad faith.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or bonus entitlements.
• Upon permanent account closure for cause, idn89 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance where the closure arises from a material breach of these Terms. In all other cases, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment channel.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting idn89 support. All pending withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with the standard processing timeline before the account is closed.

idn89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to idn89's data-processing activities as described in the Privacy Policy.

• idn89 applies 256-bit SSL / TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the idn89 servers.
• Member personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• idn89 may share data with payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the secure operation of the platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by idn89, subject to idn89's legal retention obligations. Submit such requests to [email protected].

idn89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, idn89 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Member's account.

• Continued use of the idn89 platform after an updated version of these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
• The current version of the Terms & Conditions, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is always the applicable version.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

idn89 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform under international licensing. The platform applies SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games standards across all product categories. idn89 makes no representation that its services are legal under the domestic laws of Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction; it is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

• In the event of any dispute between a Member and idn89, the Member should first contact idn89 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. idn89 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).
• If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of an internationally recognised arbitral institution, conducted in English.
• These Terms do not confer jurisdiction on any Indonesian court or regulatory body over disputes arising from a Member's use of the idn89 platform.
